We understand that terms and conditions can often be overwhelming with technical language, which is why we have simplified the process. Our tenancy renewal admin service ensures that your new tenancy agreement provides comprehensive protection without unnecessary complications.

Remember we do not charge for tenancy renewals, this cost covers contract negotiation, amending and updating terms, and arranging for the signing of a further tenancy agreement.

CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT INVENTORY

We'll make a comprehensive list of everything included inside your property and in any outside area before your tenants move in. We'll can also make sure your home is just as you left it before the tenants moved in, with our check-out inventory service.

GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE

SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM CHECKS AND FITTINGS

To ensure safety, it is now a legal requirement for all Landlords to fix both fire and carbon monoxide alarms in their properties to protect tenants. Get compliant and let us help you supply and fit your alarms.

PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING

Protecting your property and the tenants living in it must be a priority. As a landlord, you have a duty of care to make sure that every appliance provided to tenants is safe. Get appliances in your property tested.

EICR, ELECTRICAL REPORT

In compliance with UK regulations, every landlord is obligated to obtain an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report). Uphold the prescribed standards and arrange for an assessment of your rental property by scheduling an EICR report with us.

*This is based on a 1-3 bedroom. For 4 bedrooms plus, please add £70

BOILER SERVICE & GAS SAFETY

Ensure your property's gas safety and maintain the optimal functionality of your boiler by scheduling an annual service with our team. Let us perform a thorough inspection to ensure you're gas safe and keep your boiler operating seamlessly.
