The first step is to evaluate the terms of the tenancy given in the landlord's brief, to ensure all the terms are in line with local laws and regulations. Once the terms have been evaluated and have passed the compliance check, we will proceed to draft the agreement.

We prepare the agreement, which outlines the agreed-upon terms, and provide it to the tenant for review and signing. This document has to be carefully drafted using the agreed terms, correct tenancy agreement, and ensuring all the information is correct.

Collect Signatures

The final step involves executing the renewal agreement and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed. Both tenant and landlord will be presented with a drafted agreement and will sign the document to indicate acceptance of the terms.
